Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are shipped after receipt of payment and delivery times. The standard shipping method is Colissimo off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. Whichever shipment choice, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you must pay the shipping costs for each.

Caution! for shipping postexport / EU and Switzerland, there is no follow-neméro, no insurance, no claim will be able to be made for loss of office.

In case your items do not suit you please contact us by email (within 7 days), the returns must be by registered air mail (parcel No. is required), on receipt of this one and after checking its good condition refund will be made within 7 days by check or bank transfer.

Each garment is labeled, it is a guaranteed "clothing not worn", in case of return that it will be absolutely still.
